Remote Support Installation
Step 1
Click on the green button Download Teamviewer.
Step 2
On the bottom left coner, Click on the Teamviewer_Setup.
Alternatively if you are prompted to save or run select “run”
Step 3
On the next screen leave all settings on default and click on Accept – Finish.
Step 4
Finally you will see:
Your ID: X XXX XXX XXX
Password: XXXXXX
Please provide us with this information.
Step 1
Click on the green button Free Download for personal use.
Step 2
On the bottom left corner, Click on Anydesk.exe
Alternatively if you are prompted to save or run select “run”
Step 3
On the top right corner you will see Your desktop can be accessed with this address: XXX XXX XXX
Please provide us with that address.
Step 1
Click on the download button
Step 2
Click on Add to Chrome
Step 3
Click on Add Extention
Step 4
Click on bottom left setup and then select “yes” on the next screen
Alternatively if you are prompted to save or run select “run”
Step 5
Click on Accept & Install
Step 6
On the top of the screen click on “yes”
Step 7
Click on Generate Code
Step 8
A once off 12 Degit access code will appear on the screen
