Juan Pegler is our Managing Director he makes sure that all team members are working well together to offer complete solutions to companies across Gauteng. Juan oversees the team helping them progress within their roles. He has had more than 20 years experience in sales and IT. He enjoys spending time with his family and working on the business.
Louis Perfetti is our Technical Director he particularly enjoys the puzzles that IT problems can be. Louis has been in the Tech industry since Windows 3.1. In his spare time Louis likes to do NOTHING, just relax and clear the mind. He lives by what Theodore Roosevelt said: “Whenever you are asked if you can do a job tell em, “Certainly, I can!” Then get busy and find out how to do it.
Dylan Scholtz is our Digital Project Manager. Dylan joined us straight from leaving school. He started as a support technician but quickly developed a passion for web design and now heads up our web design team. From a young age Dylan believed he would follow a career in the tech industry. He spends his free time online competitive gaming.
Clinton Scholtz is our Technical Manager with more than 5 years experience in tech support behind him, Clinton spends his time trouble shooting and installing products for our clients. In his spare time Clinton enjoys riding his motorcycle and playing competitive online games.
Kevin is our newest Technician. With more than 10 years experience in aviation, Kevin truly excels at customer care. He will be spending his time trouble shooting and installing products for our clients. In his spare time Kevin enjoys hunting, going to the Gym and playing games.
Vitto Perfetti is one of our Technicians He provides remote and on-site support to our valued clients. Vitto joined us straight out of school and is hoping to fill a programming role when one becomes available at FITS because thats what he is passionate about.
Natasha is our Accounts Manager. She spends her time making sure our clients accounts are up to date. She has 15 years experience working in accounting. Natasha enjoys watching TV and creating DIY artsy crafts at home in her spare time.
Lizzy is the assistant to Juan Pegler She has had more than 5 years experience in the IT industry before joining us. Lizzy helps make sure Juan’s schedule runs smoothly and assists him with any, and everything he may require. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and dabbling in photography.

Devon makes sure that our valuable clients see, hear about and ultimately trust the FITS brand. While he is a digital ninja during working hours he much prefers the outdoors and seeking new experiences wherever possible.
